TEST PROCEDURE (Strip)
1-Keep the test strip at room temperature (15-30℃) prior to testing
2- Avoid opening the pouch until you will be ready to perform the assay.
3- Use the test strip quickly after removing it from the sealed pouch.
4- Immerse the test strip within your specimen while the arrow ends pointing toward the urine.
5- Do not immerse the strip above the printed max line but leave it in the urine while it is not over the standard MAX LINE.
6- After 5 Seconds, remove test from the urine .
7- Bring out the test strip from the urinee and lay flat on a non-absorptive clean surface.
TEST PROCEDURE (Cassette)
1-Keep the test Cassette at room temperature (15-30℃) prior to testing
2- Avoid opening the pouch until you will be ready to perform the assay.
3- Withdraw the urinee sample using the pipette provided, then dispense 2-3 drops into the sample well
4- Wait for pink-colored lines to appear
Test Procedure (Midstream)
1-Keep the test at room temperature (15-30℃) prior to testing
2- Don’t open the pouch until ready to perform the assay.
3- use the test quickly after removing it from the sealed pouch.
4- Remove the cap and turn around the midstream by the thump around the midstream. Hold the midstream by the Thumb Grip with the exposed absorbent tip pointing downward. urineate on the absorbent tip directly till it is thoroughly wet (at least 5 seconds)
5- Re-cap the test midstream
6- lay midstream on a flat surface with window side up.
7- wait for pink – colored lines to appear
INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS
PREGNANT: Two distinct pink-colored lines appear,one in the test region(T) and the other one in the control region (C).
NOTE:The intensity of the pink color in the test region(T) may vary depending on the concentration of HCG present in the specimen.Therefore,any shade of pink color in the test region(T) should be considered positive.
NOT PREGNANT:Only one pink-colored line appears in the control region(C).No apparent pink line appears in the test region(T).
INVALID:The test invalid if the control line isn’t visible regardless of the presence or absence of the test line.
