Test procedure:
1. Store the test at room temperature (between 15 and 30 ° C)
2. Remove the applicator from the buffer tube
3. Put the applicator into 3 or 6 different points of facet
4. Return the applicator into the buffer again and close the lid tightly.
5. Shake the buffer quickly as far as the sample get mixed well with the extraction buffer in the tube
6. Remove tests from the package
7. transfer 3-4 full drops of the extracted sample (approximately 120µ l) into the cassette well
8. Wait for the pink lines to appear (Test and Control Lines)
9. Read the results within 5 to 10 minutes, but not after 10 minutes
How to read the Test:
Positive: Both Test and Control lines are observed
Negative: Only the Control Line is observed
Invalid: no lines are observed in the control area
